When you purchase exclusive rights that means you will retain full ownership of the beat(s). You will be the only person allowed to use the beat(s) and it will be taken off the site immediately.
LEASING RIGHTS
When you purchase leasing rights that means that you are paying for permission to use the beat(s). Once you pay for permission, you may use the beat(s) for one commercial use... An album, a single, a video etc.
The beats are also royalty free, which means you keep the direct profits from your CD sales. If you use our beats, we only ask that you give credit like this:
